First Quarter 2023 Earnings Release; Share Repurchase Program

The press release issued by StealthGas Inc. (the “Company”) on May 24, 2023 announcing its financial and operating results for the three months ended March 31, 2023, is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.

As announced in the attached press release, the Board of Directors of the Company has approved a share repurchase program and authorized the officers of the Company to repurchase, from time to time, up to $15 million of the Company’s common stock. Shares may be purchased in open market or privately negotiated transactions, at times and prices that are considered to be appropriate by the Company, and the program may be suspended or discontinued at any time.
