As announced in the press release issued by StealthGas Inc. (the “Company”) on October 26, 2023 regarding its common stock repurchase program, the Company has purchased an aggregate of $19.1 million of shares of its common stock under its $25 million share repurchase program. With these repurchases, there were 35,309,326 shares of the Company’s common stock outstanding as of October 31, 2023.
