RELEASE FROM VOLUNTARY ESCROW
Stealth Global Holdings Ltd (ASX: SGI) (the Company or Stealth) advises pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 3.10A, 4,800,000 quoted fully paid ordinary shares are due to be released from voluntary escrow on 2 December 2021.
The shares, issued to vendors as part consideration for the acquisition of C&L Tool Centre Pty Ltd (C&L), were subject to a voluntary escrow period of 12 months from the date of the completion of the acquisition of C&L on 2 December 2020.
