There were no dividends paid during the current financial period (Prior Period: Nil).

Since year end, the Directors have determined to pay a fully franked final dividend of $969,323 at a rate of $0.0084 per share (2023 – Nil cents).

Record date for determining entitlements to the final dividend is 5:00 pm (AWST) on 26 September 2024.

Parts 7 & 8 Dividends and Dividend Reinvestment Plans

The company does not have a Dividend Reinvestment Plan in operation. However, the company will issue its Dividend Reinvestment Plan on the ASX in early September 2024, with an expected DRP reinvestment price based on a discount rate of 5.0%. The last date for receipt of election notice for the Dividend Reinvestment Plan will be 5:00 pm (AWST) on 27 September 2024.

The payment date for the final dividend is 24 October 2024.
