CHANGE OF DIRECTOR’S INTEREST NOTICE

Stealth Group Holdings Ltd (“Stealth” or the “Company”) (ASX: SGI) advises that Managing Director & CEO Mike Arnold has sold $200,744 of his shareholding in the Company he founded in 2014.

Mr Arnold sold 581,867 shares at $0.345 apiece on-market between 31 October and November 4, 2024. The shares sold by Mr Arnold were to raise funds to meet tax liabilities primarily arising from the allocation of performance right stock, and for personal finance purposes.

Mr Arnold retains a significant holding of just over a 10.975 million Stealth shares, or 9.4% of the total shares, with a further 217,391 ordinary shares to be issued post the Company AGM 15 November, subject to shareholder approval, taking Mr Arnold’s total ownership to 9.58%.
