2023 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Stealth Global Holding Limited (ASX: SGI) (Stealth of the Company) advises that the Company’s 2023 Annual General Meeting will be held on 24[th] November 2023 (Meeting).

Full details of the agenda for the Meeting, including details of how shareholders can participate in the Meeting, will be contained in the Notice of Meeting, which will also contain a proxy voting form.

Stealth also advises that the final date for receipt of director nominations for candidates other than those recommended by the Board is 5:00pm WST on 24[th] October 2023.

Nominations must be made in writing to the Company Secretary at the Australian head office address as listed below:
