Steadfast Group Limited ("Steadfast") advises, in accordance with Listing Rule 3.10A and as disclosed in the Steadfast initial public offering prospectus dated 28 June 2013, that voluntary escrow restrictions in relation to 172,455,928 ordinary shares expire on 31 August 2014.
