CANCELLATION OF PREFERRED CAPITAL SHARES

In accordance with section 246B(3) of the Corporations Act, the Company has today written to holders of Preferred Capital Shares to advise them of the cancellation of those shares further to the approval of shareholders at the Company's AGM, and meeting of holders of Preferred Capital Shares, held on 28 October 2013 (copy attached).

Dear holder of Preferred Capital Shares

At the Company's Annual General Meeting held on 28 October 2013, and at a separate meeting of the holders of Preferred Capital Shares held concurrently with the AGM, shareholder approval (by a special resolution of the Company's shareholders and a special resolution of the holders of Preferred Capital Shares) was provided for the cancellation of Preferred Capital Shares.

Accordingly, notice is hereby given that the Company has implemented a selective capital reduction by cancelling the Preferred Capital Shares for no consideration and implementing the resulting variation of class rights.

The cancellation does not impact the number of ordinary shares on issue.
