JOBKEEPER

Attached is a copy of the Jobkeeper received for the years ending 30 June 2020 and 30 June 2021.

Steadfast Group received Jobkeeper via a number of subsidiary companies, including those in which we have co-invested with other shareholders.

For FY21, Steadfast Group donated the majority of the amount attributable to Group Shareholders to charity, to support those people affected by Covid.

The positive impact of Jobkeeper received in FY21 was not included in profits to determine executive incentives.
