Correction of Conversion Date in Appendix 3G

Steadfast Group Limited issued an Appendix 3G on 22 March 2024.

The Appendix 3G referred to 133,333 employee incentive scheme award conditional rights being converted to 136,878 shares which had been previously bought on market and unfortunately wrongly referred in the following items in Part 3B to the conversion occurring on 1 March 2023 :

• The first date the options were exercised or other convertible securities were converted;

• • The last date the options were exercised or other convertible securities were converted; and

• The date the securities the subject of the notification were issued/transferred.

Steadfast would like to clarify that the conversion in fact did not occur until 1 March 2024 and, as these sections of the Appendix 3G cannot be amended, they should be read with this correction.
