Steadfast’s acquisition of Calliden and on-sale of insurance operations completed

Steadfast Group Limited (Steadfast) (ASX:SDF) has acquired all of the issued shares in Calliden Group Limited (Calliden) according to the Scheme of Arrangement, and completed the on-sale of Calliden Insurance Limited to Munich Holdings of Australasia Pty Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Munich Re.
