Implementation of Scheme of Arrangement

Calliden Group Limited (“Calliden”) advises that following payment of the scheme consideration to Calliden shareholders, all Calliden shares have today transferred to Steadfast Group Limited in accordance with the terms of the Scheme Implementation Deed dated 27 August 2014.
