We refer to our letter yesterday.

We acknowledge that the Appendix 3Y was lodged late.

Unfortunately this was due to a combination of factors:

1. Group Secretariat did not find out about the sales until 20 December 2023 when checking our records for Share Purchase Plan purposes; and

2. the key person system by our share registrar for notifying Group Secretariat of share purchases and sales did not do so on this occasion.

We have re-emphasized the importance of prompt filing to those concerned.
