INDEX ANNOUNCEMENT

Aurora Oil & Gas Limited to be removed from the S&P/ASX 200 Index

Sydney, May 20, 2014: S&P Dow Jones Indices announced today that it will remove Aurora Oil & Gas Limited (ASX: AUT) from the S&P/ASX 200, subject to shareholder and final court approval of the proposed scheme of arrangement under which the company will be acquired by Baytex Energy Australia Pty Ltd.

S&P Dow Jones Indices will remove Aurora Oil & Gas Limited from the S&P/ASX 200 after the close of trading on May 27, 2014. Aurora Oil & Gas Limited will be replaced by Steadfast Group Limited (ASX: SDF) in the S&P/ASX 200 after the close of trading on May 27, 2014.
