Update on completion of 2023 Share Purchase Plan

Further to our letter of 20 December 2023, we confirm that after scale back, the Share Purchase Plan has raised approximately $68 million with 13,254,071 shares allotted.

The shares were allotted yesterday and are tradable today.

The process of refunding over subscriptions and issuing holding statements and confirmations will also commence today.
