Completion of SPP

The Share Purchase Plan (SPP) announced on 17 August 2022 has now closed, raising a total of approximately $8.4 million, with 1,765,404 shares to be allotted on 4 October 2022. All eligible shareholders who applied for the SPP will receive their full allocation of new ordinary shares in Steadfast. Shares will be issued at a price of $4.76 per share. Holding statements and confirmation are expected to be sent to participating Steadfast shareholders on 5 October 2022.
