Steadfast Group Limited Trading Update

Steadfast Group Board is committed to keeping its shareholders and the market informed of its trading performance during these uncertain economic times.

Whilst we have never given quarterly performance in the past, and due to the fact we withdrew guidance on 25 March 2020 under abundant caution, below is the detail of the Group’s last nine months’ performance to 31 March 2020.

Organic and acquisition growth has remained strong:

• Revenue was up 25.8% to $597.9m on prior corresponding period

• EBITA was up 21.0% to $147.9m on prior corresponding period

EBITA excludes the mark-to-market gain of $3.6m (pcp gain $0.3m) from our listed investment in the Johns Lyng Group.

Further, these results are unaudited.

Steadfast Group will provide further updates on financial performance and the impact of the unfolding COVID-19 situation as appropriate.
