Steadfast Group Limited May 2020 Trading Update

Set out below is an update of the Group’s unaudited May 2020 performance.

FY20 EBITA for the eleven months to end of May remains in line with pre COVID-19 expectations.

During May, we again saw a continuation of premium rate increases from insurers and some small volume reductions in our broker network, offset by expense savings. Steadfast Underwriting Agencies continued to outperform with strong organic and EBITA growth.

Working capital continues to remain strong and c$180m of corporate debt facility remains unutilised.

FY20 Financial Results

Steadfast Group will release its FY20 financial results on Wednesday, 26 August 2020. Robert Kelly, Managing Director & CEO, and Stephen Humphrys, Chief Financial Officer, will host a conference call and webcast at 10.00am (AEDT) on that day. Details of the webcast will be provided closer to the announcement.
