IC FRITH ACQUISITION COMPLETED
On 16 February 2015, we announced the acquisition of the Australian and New Zealand business of IC Frith (excluding its warranty business and New Zealand based insurer) ("IC Frith acquisition").
Today we completed the IC Frith acquisition.
