Alexandra Rose has been appointed as Company Secretary, effective 24 July 2025.

Alexandra has over 25 years of corporate legal experience and is highly experienced in the insurance and financial sector, including acting for APRA regulated entities.

Alexandra is a fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia and the Australian Institute of Company Directors and has a Graduate Diploma in Company Secretarial Practice.

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 12.6, Alexandra will be responsible for communications with the ASX in relation to Listing Rule matters.

The Board would like to welcome Alexandra and thank Duncan Ramsay for his valued contributions as Company Secretary. Duncan will cease as Company Secretary and concentrate on his role as Chief Legal Officer. Alexandra will report to Duncan.
