Anne O’Driscoll retires as a Director after 10 years with Steadfast

Steadfast Group Limited (ASX:SDF) announces the retirement of Ms Anne O’Driscoll as a director, effective 15 March 2023, as part of the implementation of its board succession planning.

Frank O’Halloran AM, Chairman, said: “Anne has been an extremely important part of the success of Steadfast Group. She was appointed a consultant to Steadfast in early 2013 to work with management and the Board at the time to assist with the significant amount of documentation required, including the prospectus, for the transition from a broker network to a listing on the ASX in August 2013. Anne was appointed as a director and Chair of the Audit & Risk Committee of Steadfast Group on 1 July 2013.

The Board and Management of Steadfast Group have been very fortunate to have had a person of Anne’s calibre for the past 10 years as Steadfast grew from a market capitalisation of $535m to $5.8b. We have all admired and appreciated her dedication, knowledge, thoroughness and independence. We wish Anne continued success in her future endeavours.“
