The Steadfast Group Board announce the resignation of Linda Ellis as a Company Secretary effective today. This follows Linda completing her notice period.

Linda has played an important role in the success of Steadfast Group since listing in 2013. The Board and all at Steadfast thank her for her outstanding contribution and wish her well in her future career.

Duncan Ramsay, who was appointed an additional Company Secretary in May 2023, will assume the responsibilities as Group Company Secretary in addition to his role as General Counsel.
