Steadfast announces change to COO position

Steadfast Group Limited (“Steadfast”) (ASX: SDF) today announced that Ms Samantha Hollman has been promoted to the role of Chief Operating Officer. The appointment follows the resignation of Ms Dana Williams, reflecting Ms Williams’ ambition to continue her international executive career and return to Canada.

Ms Hollman has over 20 years’ experience in the insurance industry. She joined Steadfast in 2000 and has held key executive roles, most recently as Executive General Manager: Projects, Brand, People where she oversaw human resources and marketing and implemented strategic initiatives for the Group. Prior to this she held executive roles in broker services, project management and marketing and communications.

Ms Williams joined Steadfast in January 2014, becoming COO in July 2014. Among her achievements over the past two years as COO, Ms Williams has overseen numerous accretive acquisitions and has worked with Steadfast brokers to further improve their operational efficiency, helping to support the uplift in operating profit for the Group.

Mr Kelly, Managing Director & CEO, commented: “I welcome Samantha to the key role of Chief Operating Officer. Samantha brings significant experience and a thorough understanding of our business. I look forward to continuing to work closely with Samantha in her new role.
