State Gas Limited (Company) was admitted to the official list of ASX Limited (ASX) on Monday, 9 October 2017.

Official quotation of the Company’s securities is expected to commence at 11.00 am AEDT on Tuesday, 10 October 2017.

The Company raised $5,250,000 pursuant to the offer under its prospectus dated 4 September 2017 and supplementary prospectus dated 13 September 2017 (Prospectus) by the issue of 26,250,000 fully paid ordinary shares at an issue price of $0.20 per share.
