Outcome of Board Meeting held on 04.11.2025

We refer to our letter no. CC/S&B/AND/2025-26/534 dated 18.10.2025 intimating the meeting of the Central Board of the Bank to consider financial results for the quarter ended 30.09.2025.

2. In terms of Regulation 33, Regulation 52, and other applicable provisions of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, we submit the unaudited Standalone and Consolidated financial results of the Bank along with the Limited Review Report for the quarter and half year ended 30.09.2025. The Limited Review Report of the Statutory Central Auditors contains unmodified opinion.

3. The Statement of Deviation or Variations under Regulation 32 and Regulation 52(7)/ 52 (7A) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 is enclosed.

4. The Central Board Meeting commenced at 10.00 am and the aforesaid agenda was concluded at 01.20 pm.
