Confirms 1.375 pence dividend for Q2 as targeted; equating to an 5.8% annualised dividend yield

Starwood European Real Estate Finance Limited (the "Company") has declared a quarterly dividend in respect of the second quarter of 2021 of 1.375 pence per Share as targeted, payable on 3 September 2021 to Shareholders on the register at 6 August 2021. The ex-dividend date will be 5 August 2021. The targeted full year dividend is 5.5 pence per share equating to an annualised dividend yield of 5.8% based on the closing share price on 22nd July 2021.
