We, Matrabhav Trust forming part of the promoters of Starteck Finance Limited intend to acquire from other promoters by way of ' inter-se' transfer aggregating upto 8,50,000 equity shares of Starteck Finance Limited.

The proposed transfers are only amongst the existing promoters. This acquisition is pursuant to inter se transfer of shares amongst qualifying persons as specified in Regulation IO ( 1 )(a)(ii).

The form as prescribed under Regulation I 0(5) of the SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011 setting out the details of the proposed acquisition of shares of Starteck Finance Limited by way of inter-se transfer, is attached.
