I. Appointed MIs. MKPS & Associates, Chartered Accountants (Firm Registration Number: 302014E) as Statutory Auditors of the Company to fi ll in the casual vacancy arises due to resignation of previous statutory auditor i.e. MIs. Lodha & Company, Chartered Accountants, subject to approval of members, for a term of 5 years commencing from the conclusion of the forthcoming Annual General Meeting to be held in 2021 till the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting to be held in 2026.
Details with respect to change in Auditors of the Company as required under Regulation 30 Read with Schedule III of the Listing Regulations and SEBl Circular ClRlCFD/CMD/4/20 IS dated September 09, 20 15 is attached herwith.
