In reference to the above captioned subject, this is to inform you that Regulation 24A of SEBI(Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirement) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018, is not applicable to the Company. Also our Company is exempted under Regulation 15 (2) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations, 2015 i.e. Corporate Governance as the net worth and paid up capital of the Company does not exceed the prescribed limit as per SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations, 2015, therefore we are not submitting Annual Secretarial Compliance Report.
