1. Considered and approved the resignation of Ms. Neha Vora as a Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from December 15, 2022;

2. Approved the appointment of M/s Kavita Khatri & Associates, Company Secretaries as the Secretarial Auditor of the Company for the financial year 2022-23; and

3. Approved the appointment of Mr. Ashok Somani, Director as Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from December 26, 2022.

The details required under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No.CIR/CFO|CMD|4|2015 dated 09th September 2015 are as per enclosed Annexure.
