Resignationof a member of the Issuer's Supervisory BoardTheManagement Board of Starhedge S.A. with its seat in Warsaw ("Issuer","Company"), acting pursuant to Art. 56 sec. 1 point 2 lit. a) the Act ofJuly 29, 2005 on public offering and the conditions for introducingfinancial instruments to an organized trading system and on publiccompanies in connection with § 5 point 4 and § 9 of the Regulation ofthe Minister of Finance of March 29, 2018 on current and periodicinformation provided by issuers of securities and the conditions forrecognizing as equivalent information required by the law of anon-member state, announces to the public that today, i.e. June 28,2021, the Company received the resignation of Mrs. Anna Korwin-KochanowskaAnnaKorwin-Kochanowska from the position of a member of the Issuer'sSupervisory Board. The content of the information received indicatedpersonal reasons as the reason for the resignation.. In the content ofthe information received, personal reasons were indicated as the reasonfor the resignation.TheManagement Board and the Supervisory Board of the Company would like tothank Annie Korwin- Kochanowskiej for his commitment and work, which hecontributed during his term of office as the Deputy Chairman of theSupervisory Board.Legalbasis: § 5 sec. 4 in conjunction with § 9 of the Regulation of theMinister of Finance on current and periodic information provided byissuers of securities and conditions for recognizing as equivalentinformation required by the law of a non-member state of March 29, 2018(Journal of Laws of 2018, item 757).
