Changes in the composition of the Supervisory Boardof the Company.The Management Board ofSTARHEDGE S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw ("Company","Issuer") informs that the Ordinary General Meeting of the Companyadopted on June 28, 2021 a resolution on appointing Mr. WojciechOstrowski to perform the function of Ray Supervisory Member.Thenewly appointed member of the Supervisory Board, in accordance with thedeclaration submitted to the Issuer, consented to the candidacy, doesnot perform any other competitive activity in relation to the Company,nor is he a partner of competitive civil law partnerships, is not amember of any competitive capital companies, does not participate inother competitive persons legal entities, as a member of their bodies,is not entered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained pursuantto the Act on the National Court Register.Theprofessional curriculum vitae of the newly appointed Member of theSupervisory Board is attached to this report.Legalbasis:Article 56 (1)(2). a) The Act of July 29, 2005 on public offering and the conditionsfor introducing financial instruments to an organized trading system andon public companies (Journal of Laws of 2005, No. 184, item 1539 and § 5point 5 and § 10 Regulation of the Minister of Finance of March 29, 2018on current and periodic information published by issuers of securitiesand conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by thelaw of a non-member state.
