Resignationof a member of the Issuer's Supervisory BoardTheManagement Board of Starhedge S.A. with its seat in Warsaw ("Issuer","Company"), acting pursuant to Art. 56 sec. 1 point 2 lit. a) the Act ofJuly 29, 2005 on public offering and the conditions for introducingfinancial instruments to an organized trading system and on publiccompanies in connection with § 5 point 4 and § 9 of the Regulation ofthe Minister of Finance of March 29, 2018 on current and periodicinformation provided by issuers of securities and the conditions forrecognizing as equivalent information required by the law of anon-member state, announces to the public that yesterday, i.e. October1, 2021, the Company was informed about the resignation of Ms. EmiliaHermaszewska from the position of a member of the Issuer's SupervisoryBoard. In the content of the information received, Ms EmiliaHermaszewska, thanking for her cooperation, did not indicate the reasonfor her resignation.TheManagement Board and the Supervisory Board of the Company would like tothank Ms. Emilia Hermaszewska for his commitment and work, which hecontributed during his term of office as the Deputy Chairman of theSupervisory Board.
