Appointment to the Management Board for a new term.

The management board of the company under the nameStarhedge Spółka Akcyjna with its registered office in Warsaw ("theIssuer", "the Company"), acting pursuant to art. 56 section 1 point 2lit. a) The Act of July 29, 2005 on public offering and conditions forintroducing financial instruments to organized trading, and on publiccompanies and in accordance with § 5 point 5 and § 10 of the Regulationof the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodicinformation to be provided by issuers of securities and the conditionsfor recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of anon-member state (Regulation), he publicly announces that on May 22,2020, the Company's Supervisory Board appointed Mr. Tomasz Bujak to theManagement Board for another term of office entrusting him the functionof the President of the Company's Management Board.

Appointment for a new three-year term of office tookplace upon the adoption of the resolution.
