Change in the number of shares and votes in Starbreeze AB
Starbreeze has, as previously announced, carried out a rights issue of shares of series A and series B, which has resulted in changes in the number of shares and votes in Starbreeze.
Through the rights issue, the final outcome of which was announced in a press release on June 21, 2023, the number of shares has increased by 603,841,050, of which 136,923,830 shares of series A and 466,917,220 shares of series B. The number of votes has increased by 1,836,155,520. As of June 30, 2023, there are in total 1,328,450,316 shares in Starbreeze, of which 301,210,042 shares of series A, corresponding to 3,012,100,420 votes, and 1,027,240,274 shares of series B, corresponding to an equal number of votes, corresponding to 4,039,340,694 votes in total.
