Starbreeze AB appoints a new interim CEO

The board of Starbreeze AB (publ) has today decided to appoint Mats Juhl, currently the company's CFO, as acting chief executive officer (CEO) while the recruitment process for a permanent CEO is completed. Mats Juhl replaces Jürgen Goeldner who has been nominated as Chairman of the board to the Annual General Meeting, to be held on May 15, 2024.

Mats Juhl has been CFO at Starbreeze since 2020 and has previously held senior positions at, among others, Mips AB (publ), Tengbomgruppen AB, Sweden Arena Management KB (Friends Arena), Ticnet AB and Enea AB (publ).

The board of Starbreeze looks forward to a continued close collaboration with Mats Juhl during the transition period until a permanent replacement is presented.
