STAR7 APPOINTMENT OF INTERMONTE AS SPECIALIST
Valle San Bartolomeo (Alessandria), 4 September 2025 – STAR7 (EGM: ticker STAR7) - a company providing an integrated range of product-information services, from product and process engineering support, to the creation and management of technical and marketing content, translation, printing, and virtual experience - announces, pursuant to Article 17 of the Euronext Growth Milan Issuers' Regulations, that it has appointed Intermonte as Specialist, effective from December 5, 2025, or such later date as may be determined by Borsa Italiana, replacing MIT SIM S.p.A., which the Company wishes to thank for the services rendered and which will continue to act as Specialist until December 4, 2025, inclusive, or such later date as may be determined by Borsa Italiana.
