Grant of awards under the IGas Energy plc Management Retention Plan ("MRP")

The Company announces the following grant of nil cost options over ordinary shares of the Company of nominal value 0.002 pence per share on 23 October 2020 under the rules of the Company's MRP adopted by the Board in 2015. The award, granted in lieu of a proportion of remuneration, is one of the measures announced by the Company in the "Operations & Cost Savings Update" issued on 25 June 2020.
