Supplementary Announcement – S66 New Contract
Star Combo wins $5.0M order with a leading Australian health supplement brand
On 4 November 2021 Star Combo Pharma Limited (ASX: S66) (Star Combo) announced that it had received a $5.0M order, its largest OEM order to date from a leading Australian health supplement brand for the manufacturing of approximately 290 million bulk capsules.
Star Combo further advises in satisfaction of section 4.15 of ASX Guidance Note 8 that the contract counter party is Nature’s Care, that the order is a confirmed one off order with no outstanding conditions and that it is expected to be completed by the end of the third quarter of the 2022 financial year. The $5.0m order represents approximately 18.7% of FY 2021 audited revenues of the group, and will be a positive start to the second quarter and third quarter of the 2022 financial year.
