Notification under section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth)

Star Combo Pharma Limited gives notice under section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) (the Corporations Act ) that:

1. Star Combo Pharma Limited has issued 49,000,000 shares on 26 May 2020 under a private placement ( Placement ) without disclosure to investors under Part 6D.2 of the Corporations Act.

Under the Placement as announced on 2 March 2020, Star Combo Pharma Limited has received commitments for A$33,300,000 (before associated costs) by issuing 49,000,000 new fully paid shares at a price of A$0.68 to Goldenstar Pharmaceutical Investment Limited.

1. As at the date of this notice:

   • (a) Star Combo Pharma Limited has complied with the provisions of Chapter 2M of the Corporations Act as they apply to Star Combo Pharma Limited;

   • (b) Star Combo Pharma Limited has complied with section 674 of the Corporations Act; and

   • (c) there is no "excluded information" within the meaning of sections 708A(7) and 708A(8) of the Corporations Act which is required to be disclosed under section 708A(6)(e) of the Corporations Act.
