Star Combo Pharma Limited (Star Combo) (ASX: S66) announces it has completed the purchase of land located at 165 Woodpark Road, Smithfield, New South Wales for $3.7 million. The site totals 3700m[2 ] and is located adjacent to the Company’s existing Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) licensed manufacturing facility.
The site will accommodate the construction of a modern, purpose built R&D and Test Laboratory Centre which supports the company’s strategy to become a leading OEM supplier of premium vitamins & dietary supplements, primarily in the Australian market.
“The acquisition of this land together with the planned construction of a modern R&D and Test Laboratory facility will enable the company to address the growing demand for Australian made premium vitamins & dietary supplements. We will be able to extend our service offering and support to our existing OEM customers, and significantly enhance our capability to develop new and innovative products to address the growing demand in both local and overseas markets for vitamins & dietary supplements.” said Star Combo CEO Su Zhang.
