NOTICE UNDER ASIC CLASS ORDER – CLEANSING STATEMENT

This notice is given by Star Combo Pharma Limited (ACN 615 728 375) (Star Combo or the Company) under ASIC Class Order [CO 09/245] (“Class Order”).

As announced on 8 July 2019, Star Combo has introduced a Share Purchase Plan pursuant to which the Company will issue up to 1,785,714 new fully paid ordinary shares in the Company to shareholders of the Company who at 7.00pm (Sydney time) on Friday, 5 July 2019 were registered and eligible holders of ordinary Shares in Star Combo and whose registered address is in Australia or New Zealand. The issue will be at a price of A$0.56 per share (Share Issue).

Notification under the Class Orde r

Star Combo gives notice under the Class Order that:

1. Star Combo intends to issue the shares under the Share Issue without disclosure to investors under Part 6D.2 of the Corporations Act;

2. as at the date of this notice, Star Combo has complied with:

   • (a) the provisions of Chapter 2M of the Corporations Act as they apply to Star Combo; and

   • (b) section 674 of the Corporations Act as it applies to Star Combo; and

3. as at the date of this notice, there is no “excluded information” within the meaning of section 708A(7) of the Corporations Act.
