The Company is pleased to advise it has resolved to issue 3,960,171 ordinary shares following the exercise of 3,960,171 options by Richlink Capital Pty Ltd and the subscription of $1.8 million which has been received by the Company.

The Company welcomes the exercise by Richlink Capital Pty Ltd whose shareholding of the Company has now increased to 8% of the capital of the Company.
