ASX Announcement Appointment of Non-executive Director
Star Combo Pharma Limited (ASX: S66) today announced the appointment of Dr Ziye Sui as a non-executive director. Dr Sui M.D. Ph.D. is currently the Vice President of Lepu Medical Technology (Beijing) Co. Limited, a Chinese listed company owning approximately 11.8% of the issued capital of S66. She is also the CEO of Lepu Hushengtang Internet Technology Co. Limited and is currently a director of Hainan MSD Pharmaceutical Co. Limited.
Dr Sui has extensive knowledge and experience in the production, regulation, sales & marketing of medical devices internationally with a particular emphasis on China.
Star Combo Chairman, Richard Allely, said: “We welcome Dr Sui to Star Combo and look forward to her contribution. Dr Sui’s breadth and depth of experience, particularly in the wholesale & retail of pharmaceutical products in China will be an asset to the Board.”
