Star Combo Pharma Limited (ASX: S66) ( Star Combo ) advises in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13 that the annual General Meeting of the company will be held on Tuesday 29 November 2022. Shareholders will be advised of the full details of the meeting in a Notice of Meeting to be sent to shareholders by 29 October 2022.
The closing date for the receipt of nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a Director is Friday 14[th] October 2022. Any nomination must be received at the Company’s registered office by 5pm on 14[th] October 2022.
This announcement has been approved by the Company Secretary of Star Combo.
