Standard Supply AS: Agreement to sell four mid-sized vessels in Northern Supply AS

Oslo, Norway, 1 December 2023

Standard Supply AS (Standard Supply, OSE: STSU) is pleased to report an en bloc sale of the four mid-sized PSVs FS Kristiansand, FS Braemar, FS Abergeldie and FS Crathes for USD 34 million. The vessels are owned by Northern Supply AS, where Standard Supply has an ownership of 51%.

The transaction is subject to certain corporate resolutions in Northern Supply AS and agreements thereto, expected to be completed by the end of December 2023.
