Reference is made to the stock exchange release on November 14th 2023 regarding the sale of Standard Viking, Standard Supplier and Standard Defender for gross USD 72.2 million.

Standard Supply AS has now completed the sale of Standard Viking and Standard Defender. The sale of Standard Supplier is expected to be completed mid- January 2024.
