Standard Supply AS: Completed sale of four mid-sized vessels in Northern Supply AS

Reference is made to the stock exchange release on December 1st 2023 regarding the sale of the four mid-sized vessels FS Kristiansand, FS Braemar, FS Abergeldie and FS Crathes in Northern Supply AS for gross USD 34 million. Standard Supply AS has now completed the sale of the vessels.
