Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“Listing Regulations”), we wish to inform you that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee (NRC) of the Board of Directors of Standard Engineering Technology Limited (Formerly known as Standard Glass Lining Technology Limited) (“the Company”) has approved the “ESOP Grant I” of 6,00,000 (Six Lakhs) Employee Stock Options (ESOPs) under the Employee Stock Option Scheme 2024 (“ESOP 2024”) to eligible employees of the Company and its Subsidiaries.
The details as required pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026 is enclosed as Annexure-A.

| The granted Options once vested shall entitle the Option holder to acquire equal number of Equity Shares, upon payment of exercise price and applicable taxes in accordance with terms and conditions of the ESOP 2024. |
The granted Options shall vest as per the vesting schedule and vesting conditions, as determined by the NRC at the time of grant.
The Vested Options may be exercised in one or more tranches within a maximum period of 5 (Five) years from the relevant date of vesting of Options. |
