The following notification is made in accordance with the UK Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6.1.
As at 31 January 2026, the issued ordinary share capital of Standard Chartered PLC consisted of 2,253,842,687 shares of \$0.50 each.
The total number of voting rights in Standard Chartered PLC as at 31 January 2026, was 2,253,842,687. Ordinary shareholders have one vote for every ordinary share they hold. This figure for the total number of voting rights may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Standard Chartered PLC under the UK Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
